Why Triathlon?
Triathlon is an invitation. It belongs to no one and everyone. There’s no right way to do it. It’s pure movement. A partnership between us, our bodies and our mind. Triathlons and the emotions that come with it are a personal invitation we choose to accept. This event is a giant invitation to swim, bike and run, with us.
To connect with people we believe inspiration is the bridge between their community and Barfoot & Thompson. Inspiration is made up of emotion and emotions are fuelled by connections. Unite these connections together with an event and you get power. Power leads people to action. More action more sales.
The emotion associated with a triathlon event is huge. Partnering with this event gives you the ability to form a relationship with these people, resulting in Barfoot & Thompson being an inspirational leader and making lifelong connections with this community.
A celebration of triathlon and community.
There is no better location for a triathlon then Mount Maunganui. This popular holiday location is known for it’s extinct volcano, ocean-view trails, long sandy beach, surf, hot pools, coffee spots, restaurants, and boutique shopping.
